Is the whole bag smell-proof, or just a pocket?

The whole bag. Activated coconut charcoal runs through the lining. The secret pocket is a separate feature — it is for an AirTag or cash, and it is not what makes the bag work.

How does the charging port work?

The customer puts their own power bank inside the bag and plugs their phone into the port on the outside. The bag stays closed and locked while it charges. There is no battery in the bag.

What do customers ask at the counter?

How the lock resets, and whether it looks like anything. The answer to the second one is no — that is the entire design brief. Every bag ships with a QR code on the hangtag that walks them through setup, so your staff do not have to.
