These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of firebardistro.com (the "Site"), operated by FireBar Labs (collectively "FireBar Distro," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site and the FireBar Distro wholesale program are intended for licensed business contacts age 21 and older operating in jurisdictions where the relevant products are lawful. Submitting a wholesale application constitutes a representation that you meet those requirements.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale without written permission, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
Submitting a wholesale application is an expression of interest, not an account approval. Account opening, pricing, payment terms, and product availability are subject to FireBar Distro review and credit, license, and compliance verification. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
Product descriptions, photography, pricing, availability, and lab-test references are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. Lawful sale of regulated products (hemp, mushroom, kratom alkaloid, vape, topical) is the responsibility of the purchasing retailer in their jurisdiction. FireBar Distro makes no representation that any product is appropriate or available for sale in all locations.
All content on the Site — including the FireBar Labs, FireBar Distro, FireBar DUO, FireBalance, FireBites, FireBarks, StealthWear, MAJESTK, Super Smashed, Mind × Melt, Kannafy, Hydro 7, MGM-15, and Candy-Coated marks, plus all photography, copy, and design — is owned by FireBar Labs or used under license. The Pot Brothers At Law endorsement reference is used with permission. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorization.
The Site links to third-party properties (including firebarlabs.com and mindxmelt.com). FireBar Distro is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of third-party sites you reach via these links.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FireBar Distro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Statements about products on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FireBar Distro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Direct damages are limited to the amount you paid to FireBar Distro, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms. The "Effective" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
